The portable ECG test and fixation board for mice eliminates the subcutaneous needle test for mouse ECG, reducing external stimulation damage to animals and saving time for experimental personnel.
1、The instrument is compact and small in size, using integrated anti-interference power supply, power AC 220V, built-in transformer in the chassis, no need to connect any transformer outside, the instrument does not need to connect any ground wire and ensure that the bioelectrical signal displayed is clear and accurate. Thus to ensure the anti-interference performance and accuracy of the machine. The leakage current of the patient is <3mA.
2、The instrument has 4 channels, all of which are multi-functional fully programmed isolated amplifiers. The amplifier of each channel can be used as bioelectric amplifier, blood pressure amplifier, bridge amplifier, and can also be used as a spirometer, thermometer, etc. And each channel has an independent hardware module, independent of each other, greatly increasing the anti-interference ability between channels, but also for the maintenance of the instrument has brought great convenience.
3、High precision 16-bit A/D conversion chip is adopted, and the maximum sampling rate of single channel hardware is 1000KHz. The minimum hardware sampling rate is 0.01Hz. The maximum sampling frequency is 100kHz for four-channel continuous sampling, and the sampling rate can be changed according to needs in the process of real-time sampling. 8、Digital filtering mode: (1) High-pass, low-pass, band-pass, band-stop with adjustable filtering parameters. (2) zero-phase-shift digital filtering with adjustable order.
9、The hardware system includes ECG full lead lead card, each channel can be used for 12 kinds of lead electrocardiogram, lead switching mode can be programmed, lead mode a total of 12 kinds: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, aVR, aVL, aVF, V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, V6.
10.、The experimental environment data detection function is to measure and add the ambient temperature, atmospheric pressure and humidity of the current experiment in the experimental information as the environmental parameters of the instrument experiment.
